RHI - Registered Home Inspector / 注册验屋师

经常有客人打电话询问你们的验屋师为什么除了牌照号外还有有不同称谓。在BC省最大的验屋师协会CAPHI(BC), 验屋师的最高级称谓是RHI,注册验屋师。

Registered Home Inspector (RHI) 是个受法律保护的严肃的职业头衔， 代表着对持有人的教育背景、从 业经验和专业素质的最高认证。每一个注册验房师(RHI) 都有一个注册号码和注册证 书。就好像职业工程师(Professional Engineer---P. Eng.) 等职业头衔受法律保护一样， 冒称RHI是一种违法行为，会受到法律追究。

      要成为注册验屋师(RHI) ，申请者必须加入BC省验屋师协会(CAPHI) ，完成并通过其 规定的一系列培训课程或考试，通过其专业背景评估和报告评估，还要完成相当数量验屋实践，并且没有违反过协会章程和规定，才能获得这一最高称谓。注册验房师 (RHI) 要遵 守协会的章程和相关规定，接受其监管；还要按时交纳会费，并每年完成规定的继续再教育要求，才能维持这个头衔。这些标准和要求在北美来讲，可以说是最严 格、最 全面的。所以，获得并保持这样的头衔不是一件容易的事。
